Please take the time and get to know me! My wife and I moved our family to Greensboro in 1999 to develop and sale Henson Farms in Summerfield, NC. Due to the enormous success of Henson Farms, we went across the street to develop and sale Henson Forest which was home to the 2003 HBA Showcase of Homes. Also, we developed and sold Autumn Lake in Summerfield, NC and Riverside in Oak Ridge, NC. In total we have developed and or sold over 2000 acres of NW Guilford County since 1999. All of the homes in these neighborhoods were built by custom local builders from the Triad area and priced from the $400,000s plus. I am very involved in our community from sitting on the Board of Trustees for Greensboro Day School, Summerfield Long Range Planning Board, and the Alcohol and Drug Services of the Triad. Also I am currently trying to locate a new home for Open Space Theater and Cafe and raising money for their new home along with chairing the Business Division for Community Theatre of Greensboro and the acquitsion of the Broach Theatre.
