As a Senior Real Estate Specialist® or SRES® Paul Milam is a REALTOR® specially qualified to address the needs of homebuyers and sellers aged fifty and above. The SRES Council awards the SRES designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.

Paul has achieved the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions, including relocating, refinancing or selling a family home. By achieving the SRES designation, Paul has taken special training, receives regular updates from the SRES Council and is prepared to offer the options and information needed to make these important, life-changing decisions.
